TIP OF THE WEEK

Everytime you workout with your hoop make sure you start out slowly with a warm-up. Its important to ground yourself. Plant your feet firmly on the ground, bend your knees and engage your pelvis. Than do it again hooping in the opposite direction.

"It's so much fun because it takes you back to your childhood, and it's also demanding."

- Sarah Winton, Management Associate
