TIP OF THE WEEK
Get out of your head! Hooping can get really technical and its very easy to get stuck in your head thinking about how to master a skill or a trick. If you find yourself thinking too much, get out of your head! Let the hoop rip and let your body go by following the momentum of the hoop. Once your relaxed try the skill again, and it may just come that much quicker!
